Former expat and family therapist Nanna Hauch offers inspiration and tools to deal with doubt, disagreement, and compromise to the global mobile family. An English webinar for expats/expat couples living abroad.

Belonging everywhere and nowhere – how to deal with the expat dilemma of belonging?

  • Have you felt doubt about where ‘home’ might be?
  • Have you had to compromise in your global mobile life journey?
  • Do you sometimes feel overwhelmed by the dilemmas of expatriate life?

You are not alone.

Globally mobile individuals and families face numerous dilemmas during their international life. How we cope and approach these dilemmas can determine how we thrive.

In the webinar, Nanna will share her practical and theoretical knowledge about:

  • Tackling dilemmas from an expat perspective.
  • Increasing mutual understanding and closeness in couples and families.
  • Dealing with multiple wishes and a-synchronicity in feelings.
  • Tools to cope with compromise and inspiration to increase self-compassion.

We encourage you to participate with your camera and sound on, for active participation. The webinar will be a dynamic mix of theory, personal dilemmas, live sparring, Q&A’s and breakout rooms to share experiences.
