If you struggle to identify your ‘why’ and way forward, we will help you find clarity and identify what drives you, what will bring you satisfaction in your career and the steps to make it happen.
The workshop will cover:
- What are your values & why they shape your career.
- How to identify your strengths; how to use them in your career and development.
- What are your career ‘drivers’ and how they shape your career path and job search.
- Why building a ‘tribe’ around you can help with networking, job success and motivation.
The session will include time for you to reflect on each step of the process.
After the workshop, you will gain greater clarity about how to shape and advance your career, leading to a more fulfilling job search and the ability to confidently showcase your skills and expertise to recruiters and hiring managers.
