Om arrangementet

Get new perspectives on leadership, diversity, and working life with reverse mentoring.

Together with two experienced thinkers and practitioners in reverse mentoring, we will guide you through the ideas and theories behind this approach and show you the hidden ‘wins’ in the programme.

At this introductory webinar, you will learn why we reverse the traditional relationship and what experience in this type of mentoring can offer you.

Reverse mentoring turns roles upside down. It opens up new conversations about diversity, knowledge, the fear of becoming obsolete, working life, leadership, and more.

You will get a clear introduction to what reverse mentoring is, how a relationship can work in practice, and what both mentor and mentee gain from it.

The webinar is for Djøf members and anyone else who wants to know more about reverse mentoring.

We combine short talks with exercises, so you get a hands-on feel for how it works.

Frans focuses on leadership development, organisational change, and cultural transformation. He supports senior leadership in translating complex organisational challenges into practical People & Culture strategies. Frans is recognised for his work on reverse mentoring as a strategic leadership intervention. While working at Rabobank, he founded and led the organisation-wide Reverse Mentoring programme, pairing young professionals with executive leaders to challenge perspectives, strengthen inclusive leadership, and accelerate cultural change. The programme became a structural element in leadership development and has been used as a reference case within and beyond the organisation. Frans serves on the Advisory Board of Fontys University of Applied Sciences (HRM & Applied Psychology) and is a board member of the Dutch Association of Applied Psychologists (NBTP).

Coach Mentoring Ltd.

Lis operates as a coach and consultant on a global basis and has over 40 years’ experience of working in cross-cultural environments. She holds an MBA and an MSc in Coaching and Mentoring from Sheffield Business School. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and the Chartered Management Institute in the UK. Lis’ experience in mentoring programme design and development is now internationally acclaimed, with over 300 mentoring programmes to her name. Lis researches, writes, and speaks about mentoring and coaching, and this work also informs her practice as an executive coach and designer of programmes. Her expertise and research are predominantly in the field of designing coaching and mentoring programmes with regard to talent management, especially female talent, leadership, diversity and inclusion, change and transition, and mentor supervision.

Djøf

Else er uddannet coach (MBC), underviser og forfatter. Hun har lang erfaring med at udvikle mentorprogrammer – i Djøf såvel som i andre organisationer, også i andre lande. Henriette er antropolog til fingerspidserne, når hun stiller nysgerrige spørgsmål. Henriette har erfaring med frivillighed og mentorprogrammer både i kommunalt regi og i Djøf. Hun har et godt øje for skæve vinkler og veje ind på arbejdsmarkedet i den daglige drift og udvikling i Mentorprogrammet i Djøf. Henriette er også en del af teamet bag Idépuljen, hvor hun faciliterer, skaber og udvikler arrangementer sammen med frivillige medlemmer af Djøf. has@djoef.dk 36 91 91 19
