Om arrangementet

Together with Mental Health Club you will meet Lasse Olsson, coach at Nordic Strong. Lasse will give a short talk on what it means to live an active lifestyle. Asking questions like can your body truly adapt? What does health really mean when it comes in many forms?  

Afterwards, participants will be introduced to Nordic Strong’s flagship class 'Strong'. The training combines strength and high-intensity intervals, alternating between total-body work on the Nordic Strong machine and targeted floor exercises with dumbbells.  

The session is designed to develop functional strength, improve endurance, and support both physical and mental wellbeing. Exercises are scalable, making the class accessible for all levels. Join us for an evening of movement and community, exploring how exercise strengthens body and mind.
