Om arrangementet

Join the breathwork session to slow down, breathe deeply, and enter the new semester with calm and clarity. Through guided breathing, a safe and supportive space is created where you can release tension, regulate the nervous system, and build mental resilience during what is often a busy and demanding start to the semester. 

Breathwork helps shift the body from a fight-or-flight state into one of rest and recovery. By activating the parasympathetic nervous system, the practice supports emotional balance, focus, and inner stability which are tools that can be especially valuable at the beginning of a new academic term. 

No prior experience is required. You will be gently guided through breathing techniques that can also be applied in everyday life. The event concludes with snacks and informal conversation in a relaxed and welcoming setting.
