Wherever you are in your career, the end of the year is a natural time to pause, reflect, and look ahead. Whether you're an international navigating the Danish job market or you're thinking about your next career move, this workshop will help you make sense of your experiences and shape a stronger career story before 2027 begins.
During the workshop, you will:
- Reflect on your career journey in 2026 through a guided writing exercise, exploring your achievements, key lessons and what you would do differently.
- Identify the common thread running through your experience and how it points to your next career step.
- Reframe your experiences from 2026 into a compelling story you can use when exploring new opportunities in 2027.
- Practise telling your updated career story in small-group networking sessions and receive constructive feedback.
- Define one clear and realistic career goal to take with you into the new year.
This workshop combines reflection with practical exercises. You will leave with a written reflection, a stronger career story, and a clear action plan for January, so you start the new year with direction rather than just good intentions.
