Djøf offers advice on eg. career, labour, salary and contracts, and our members get deals on insurance and banking. The membership fee depends on whether you are a student or work in the public or private sectors.

It pays to be a member of a strong union. As a member of Djøf, you get a wide range of professional and personal benefits as well as being part of a strong network of many competente members.

You get access to legal counselling regarding employment contracts, advice about pay and career coaching. We also offer a mentor programme and professional events.

Public-sector employee from DKK 943     3 months for free
Private-sector employee from DKK 903     3 months for free
Self-employed from DKK 516     3 months for free
Unemployed from DKK 381     3 months for free
Student         DKK 147   12 months for free

All fees are including membership of the collective agreement negotiation fund, special dues etc. Dues are charged once a quarter, though the first amount can be charged in mid-quarter.

For new members

As an employed, unemployed og retired member of Djøf you will get the first three months of your membership for free. It means, that you can enjoy our many services free of charge in that period. To receive this discount you are not allowed to have been a member of Djøf for last 12 months. In total you can only have 2 periods free of charge, with at least 12 months in between the periods.

For students

As a student member of Djøf you will receive up to 12 months for free, when you start your membership. It means, that you can enjoy our many services free of charge in that period.

In order for you to enjoy the first 12 months for free, you are not allowed to have been a member of Djøf for last 12 months. In total you can only have 1 periode of 12 months free of charge.

Members of nordic partner unions

If you are a member of one of our Nordic partner unions, you may qualify for free membership of Djøf for up to one year under certain conditions.
